Frequently Asked Questions
What inspired you to create this work?
It has been quite a journey for me. I’ve always been a spiritual seeker. But also really human. For several years, I lived a life of distraction disguised as relaxation. I worked a job that required so much of me energetically, I was left depleted. When you spend years distracting yourself from what’s really going on, it starts to show in your health. I think I had every gut issue imaginable but no doctor, nutritionist or specialist could figure out what was wrong with me. One symptom would be addressed and a different one would show up. Finally, a good friend recommended that I see a Master Reiki Healer. And that session gave me the awareness to not only understand what was happening physically and energetically—but also emotionally. The session didn’t cure me - but it started me on a path of self-reflection and healing that ultimately did. The more inner work that I did, the more I opened up intuitively and I became so clear on what my purpose in life was—which is to help others reconnect with their true selves and live an authentic, fulfilling life.
What is your website about?
There are many layers to my website, but the core of it is providing resources that spark transformation. I just want people to feel good about themselves. And to give themselves grace. To treat themselves with the care and compassion that they so freely give to the people they love. It’s from this place that they can start to dream and find inspiration and a deeper purpose for their life.
What is the deeper mission behind what you’re building?
This is where the Mel Robbins Podcast with Dr. Todd Rose made me realize just how impactful my work could be to the collective. Halfway through, I found myself thinking society was doomed. And then Dr. Rose shared the story of the Velvet Revolution—how real change doesn’t come from shouting the loudest or rallying the troops, but from people choosing to live authentically. When individuals start living their truth, it creates a quiet, undeniable momentum. That’s what transforms culture.

What impact do you hope it has on people?
I hope it helps people remember who they really are—beyond the roles, expectations, and noise. That it brings them back to a sense of purpose that feels deeply personal yet universally needed. When someone reconnects with their authentic self, they naturally start to live with more integrity, compassion, and awareness—and that energy spreads.
Why do you believe this work is needed right now?
I believe this work is needed now because we’re living in an age of disconnection—where people are more focused on being right than being real. We’ve stopped seeing the human being on the other side of disagreement. Everyone wants kindness, but few know how to offer it universally, especially toward those who challenge our values. Healing doesn’t come from proving others wrong; it comes from remembering our shared humanity and choosing compassion, even when it’s difficult.
How do you define “authenticity” or “living as your authentic self”?
Living authentically means uncovering what truly matters to you—beyond conditioning, expectations, or approval—and choosing to live in alignment with those values. It’s when your outer life finally starts to reflect your inner truth.
What does it mean to live a purposeful and fulfilling life, in your view?
To live a purposeful and fulfilling life is to uncover the thing that moves you—the work, calling, or expression that feels like love in action—and to offer it in service of the greater good. It’s deeply personal, yet profoundly collective, because when we live our individual purpose, we lift humanity as a whole.
